Our track record speaks for itself with 1200 candidates successfully placed, more than £3 million in savings for customers who use our combined resourcing and payroll model and 95% of candidates vetted within 10 days.

Drawing upon 30+ years of invaluable Big 4 consultancy experience, Rockford Resourcing was born out of an ambition to give both clients and candidates the service, efficiency, energy, dedication and transparency they deserve.

Stephen Nicholas

CEO

24 years of building, running and transforming large scale operations across a number of sectors. 12 years as a contingent worker as well as sourcing and using contingent workers in a number of ways from niche needs to large volumes, more than 2,000 at a time.

Paul Aitken

COO

Over a decade a of experience of leading the contingent workforce resourcing function in a big four consultancy, developing the capabilities to handle varied demands whilst navigating a changing legislative landscape.

Chief Growth Officer

30 years of experience (16 as a partner) in big four consultancy solving some of the biggest challenges faced by FTSE250 companies, including the creation of the capability to source and utilise large volumes of contingent workers.

With two decades of industry experience in driving high performance operations more recently in the management and execution of large-scale contingent worker projects, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
